Class A Driver

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  
• Load and unload cargo using forklifts or manual handling techniques as required.
  
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all trips.
  
• Follow designated routes and schedules while being prepared to adapt as necessary due to traffic or weather conditions.
  
• Ensure the secure transport of goods to prevent damage during transit.
  
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members regarding delivery status and any issues that arise.
  Wage Range: 200.00 - 400.00 per day
  
  Requirements:
  
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with Double/Triples endorsements for vehicle operation.
    
  • Proven experience in truck driving, particularly with tractor-trailer combinations.
    
  • Familiarity with operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
    
  • Experience with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, or dump trucks is a plus.
    
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in commercial driving.
    
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading cargo.
    
  • Excellent time management skills and reliability in meeting delivery schedules.
    
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
