Family Preservation Therapist OverviewThis position offers a unique opportunity to work with families in the Manhattan area, providing trauma-informed practices to support children and families. As a Therapist in our Family Preservation Services Program, you will work in-home, guiding families toward safe and stable environments.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based assessments.
• Collaborate with public/private agencies and community partners.
• Support families in crisis with 24-hour on-call rotation and interventions.
• Ensure timely documentation for client case records and reports.
• Coordinate long-term service needs with Behavioral Health and other staff.
• Use technology to maintain electronic client files and data.Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • BSRB licensure required (LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC); clinical licensure preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience working with children and families in behavioral/emotional support.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
