Job Summary: As a Geek Squad Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for people seeking technology support, knowledge and solutions. You'll provide positive, timely service to customers, understand technology issues, help set up and repair devices, and clearly communicate with fellow agents.

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout process
  
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, asking follow-up questions, taking detailed notes, and providing accurate time estimates
  
• Help set up and repair technology devices for customers
  
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers
  
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents
  
  
  Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience using and learning about consumer electronics
    
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team
    
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
